1General Terms & Conditions

By using the krikiy website and its associated mobile application, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set out below. These terms constitute a binding agreement between krikiy and its members.

Compliance with krikiy's terms and conditions is mandatory for all members. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are requested to refrain from using the krikiy platform.

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified via email or SMS, and the revised date will be clearly displayed on the platform.

2Account Registration & Usage

Every member must create a valid account to participate on the krikiy platform. Providing accurate and truthful information during registration is mandatory.

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled and any funds held may be forfeited.
• The name, phone number, and email provided at registration must be accurate. krikiy reserves the right to close any account opened with false information, at any time.
• Members are responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. Sharing account access with anyone else is not permitted.
• If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact krikiy support immediately.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

As part of KYC verification, krikiy may request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method details at any time. Failure to provide this information within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3Age Verification & Eligibility

Members must be at least 18 years old to participate on krikiy. This platform is strictly off-limits to minors.

• It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 to open an account. Any such account, once identified, will be closed immediately.
• Providing false information about your age will result in the forfeiture of all funds in the account.
• Parents can use PIN locks or device controls to prevent their children from accessing the krikiy platform.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Deposits on krikiy can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Funds are typically credited to your account instantly.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the maximum per single transaction is ৳50,000.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from accounts in someone else's name or from unknown sources will not be accepted and will be returned.
• If a deposit fails, send a screenshot of the transaction to krikiy support within 24 hours.
• krikiy does not charge any deposit fees, though your mobile operator's own service charges may apply.

5Withdrawal Rules & Process

Account verification must be completed before withdrawing winnings from krikiy. Withdrawals from unverified accounts are not permitted.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by membership level.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Standard member withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. For VIP members, processing takes as little as 5 minutes.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• krikiy reserves the right to temporarily place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

All krikiy bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. By claiming a bonus, you are automatically deemed to have accepted the associated terms.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only and can be claimed once per member.
• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used for betting or gameplay.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the terms explicitly state otherwise.
• krikiy reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus on the relevant account will be cancelled.

7Betting Rules

All members must comply with krikiy's platform rules while betting. Any misconduct or rule violation will be met with strict action.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If the result of a match or event changes, krikiy will settle the bet in accordance with the applicable rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bets may be considered void.
• Any involvement in match fixing or other illegal activity will result in permanent account closure.
• Maximum bet limits for live betting are set individually for each event.

Krikiy monitors all betting activity. If any member attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities for abnormal gains, krikiy reserves the right to void those bets.

8Responsible Gaming Policy

Krikiy believes gaming should be fun and entertaining. We want you to enjoy it in a healthy, controlled way — which is why krikiy offers a range of responsible gaming tools.

• Daily/Weekly Limit: You can set your own maximum limits for deposits or betting at any time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Option to temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to self-exclude from the platform for anywhere from 6 months to permanently.
• Reality Check: Periodic notifications showing how much time and money you have spent.

9Account Suspension & Bans

Krikiy reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other members to win through dishonest means.
• Participating in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Behaving rudely or making threats toward krikiy staff.

Members may also request account closure at any time. Any eligible balance remaining in the account will be refunded.

10Changes to Terms & Contact

Krikiy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified via email or platform notification before any changes take effect.
